Package: Company Profile & Capability Video

Show people who you are, and what you can actually do.

A capability video does the job your tender document and your website can't: it puts a client, a board or a government visitor on your site, with your people, in three minutes. Filmed where the work happens, in your people's words.

The problem

Nobody reads the capability statement.

Tender panels, boards and visiting ministers get a lot of documents. What they remember is the site: the scale of the plant, the people who run it and the way the place is kept. A capability video puts that in front of them before they ever visit.

It also saves your senior people repeating the same tour and the same explanation. One film covers who you are, what you operate, how you work safely and what you're doing next, and it works in a tender, on a screen in reception and on the careers page.

The ones that work aren't glossy. They're honest, well planned and filmed by someone who knows how to move around an industrial site without getting in the way.

What we make

One shoot, several films.

The main film (2 to 4 minutes)

The site, the people, the work and the plans, told by your managers and your crews. Used for tenders, boards, government and industry visitors.

The website version

A tighter cut for the homepage or the About page, with captions, so it plays without sound.

Social and careers cutdowns

30 to 60 second versions sized for LinkedIn, the careers page and conferences, so one shoot keeps working for a year.

Aerial and site footage

Drone footage that shows the whole site in its setting, flown by a CASA-licensed pilot under our own operator certificate, plus the ground footage that shows the detail.

Interviews with the people who run it

Managers, operators, apprentices and long-serving staff. We make people comfortable, and if they aren't comfortable on camera, we don't film them.

A footage library

Everything organised and kept, so your next project update, recruitment video or presentation starts with footage you already own.

Proof

Films that have done real work.

A station overview film for a Latrobe Valley power station, opened with a gimbal shot that starts on the general manager and flies over the plant. It has been used for tenders, government visits, board presentations and community engagement.

Interview-led explainers for the Heyfield microgrid, filmed with drone clearance inside restricted airspace, and event and site films for energy businesses across the Latrobe Valley and beyond. Some of this work can only be shown privately: ask and we'll send a link.

How we work

Planned properly, filmed safely.

Most of the work is pre-production: working out who should be on camera, what the film needs to prove and which parts of the site tell the story. We script from your people's own words, not marketing copy.

We hold the site tickets, bring our own PPE and work around live operations, including during outages. We have been inside operating power stations, mines, plants and construction sites for years, so we know how to get the shots without slowing anyone down.

Based in Gippsland, filming anywhere in Australia. Any travel is set out in the quote up front.

Working outside Victoria

Based in Gippsland. On site anywhere.

Hunter Valley, Central Queensland, Collie or the Pilbara: the work is the same, and so are the tickets. Here's how it works when your site is interstate.

Do you travel?

Yes, to power stations, mines, plants and project sites in any state. Travel is set out openly in the quote up front, so you know the full cost before you say yes.

Will our site accept your tickets?

Our working at heights, confined space (with gas testing and permit work) and first aid tickets are nationally recognised units, and the White Card is recognised in every state. CASA drone licences apply Australia-wide.

Can you do our inductions before arriving?

Yes. If your site has an online induction or pre-start paperwork, we complete it before we travel, so day one on site is for filming.

How does an interstate shoot run?

Pre-production happens by phone and video call with your experts, so the scripts and shot list are agreed before we arrive. We schedule enough days on site to get it right first time, then edit back at base and review with you online.

Included as standard

  • Pre-production: research, scripting from your experts' own words, scheduling
  • Two rounds of revisions as standard (our own mistakes are always fixed free)
  • Delivered in 1080p, 16:9 plus 9:16 and 4:5 versions for social
  • Review through private Vimeo links
  • Project files kept, so updates and new versions don't start from scratch

Every capability video is quoted as a fixed price after a discovery call. Multi-site programs are quoted to match. Talk to us about your site.

FAQs

Company profile video FAQs

What is the difference between a company profile video and a capability video?
Mostly the audience. A company profile video introduces who you are to clients and the public. A capability video proves what you can do to a tender panel, a board or a regulator. We usually make both from the same shoot, with different cuts.
How long does a capability video take?
Typically four to eight weeks from the discovery call to the final film, depending on how many sites and people are involved and how much the site schedule allows. You get a timeline before we start.
What does it cost?
It depends on pre-production time, the number of shoot days and sites, drone work and how many versions you need. You get a detailed fixed quote up front, and we're honest early if the budget and the brief don't fit.
Can you film on an operating site?
Yes. We hold a White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space and First Aid, we're inducted on most Latrobe Valley sites, and we work to your permit system.
Who owns the footage?
You do. If you paid for the shoot, the footage is yours. We keep organised copies so future edits start from what you already have.
Do you work outside Victoria?
Yes. We travel to sites anywhere in Australia, and our tickets are nationally recognised units. Any travel is set out in the quote up front.
