Package: Health & Safety Video

Safety videos filmed on your site, by people who hold the tickets to be there.

Site inductions, safety procedures, toolbox talks and incident learnings, in the words your crews use. Filmed inside operating power stations, plants and project sites, and delivered ready for your LMS.

The problem

Everyone gets a slightly different induction.

On a busy site the safety message depends on who delivers it, how tired they are and how much time there is before the shift starts. A new contractor hears one version, a returning crew hears another, and the slide deck nobody reads sits in between.

A well-made safety video fixes that. Every new starter, contractor and visitor sees the actual site, the actual hazards and the actual rules, the same way every time. It plays at the gate, in the induction room or on a phone, and it still works at 5am.

It also means your health and safety team isn't re-explaining the same procedure every week. They film it once, properly, and point people at it.

What we make

Health and safety video for real worksites.

Site and contractor inductions

Site-specific induction videos showing the real hazards, access rules and emergency procedures. A short visitor version too. Play them at the gate from a QR code, in the induction room or inside your LMS.

Safety procedures and work instructions

Isolations, permits, confined space, working at heights, lifting and mobile plant, shown step by step by the people who do the job. A companion to your written procedures, not a replacement.

Toolbox talk and safety campaign clips

A series of 60 to 90 second clips from one shoot day: one hazard, one message, one Monday morning each. Easy to roll out across sites and shifts.

Incident learnings

Lessons learned videos that explain what happened, what changed and why, told by the people involved. Respectful, factual, and far more effective than another email.

Equipment and task-specific safety

Electrical safety, cranes and rigging, forklifts and mobile plant, hot works, hazardous substances. Filmed on your equipment, with your rules.

Captions, subtitles and other languages

Every video comes with captions. Subtitled and other-language versions available so the message gets through on a noisy site or to crews with English as a second language.

Delivery

Ready for your LMS, or your front gate.

You get MP4 files in the sizes you need, caption files, and versions cut for the induction room, a phone and social channels. If your learning system needs SCORM packages or comprehension questions, we build those through our e-learning partner, so the video drops straight into your existing modules.

We keep every project file, so when a procedure changes you get an updated version without starting from scratch. Handy when an auditor asks which version a crew saw and when.

How we work

We work on the plant just like your workers do.

We hold a White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space (with gas testing and permit work) and First Aid, and we bring our own PPE. We're used to permit-to-work systems, site inductions and working around live operations, including during outages.

Scripts come from your experts, in their words. Most of the work is pre-production: research, interviewing the people who know the task, and scheduling enough time on site so nothing gets missed. On the day, if someone isn't comfortable on camera, we don't film them.

Based in Gippsland, working at power stations, mines, wind and solar farms and plants anywhere in Australia. Any travel is set out in the quote up front.

The way in

Start with one induction or one procedure.

Not sure how video will fit your safety system? Start with the one thing that gets explained most often: the site induction, or the procedure with the most near misses. We film it properly, deliver it into your system and you see how your crews use it.

Most safety video work becomes a series after that: one procedure at a time, or a toolbox talk set each quarter.

Working outside Victoria

Based in Gippsland. On site anywhere.

Hunter Valley, Central Queensland, Collie or the Pilbara: the work is the same, and so are the tickets. Here's how it works when your site is interstate.

Do you travel?

Yes, to power stations, mines, plants and project sites in any state. Travel is set out openly in the quote up front, so you know the full cost before you say yes.

Will our site accept your tickets?

Our working at heights, confined space (with gas testing and permit work) and first aid tickets are nationally recognised units, and the White Card is recognised in every state. CASA drone licences apply Australia-wide.

Can you do our inductions before arriving?

Yes. If your site has an online induction or pre-start paperwork, we complete it before we travel, so day one on site is for filming.

How does an interstate shoot run?

Pre-production happens by phone and video call with your experts, so the scripts and shot list are agreed before we arrive. We schedule enough days on site to get it right first time, then edit back at base and review with you online.

Included as standard

  • Pre-production: research, scripting from your experts' own words, scheduling
  • Two rounds of revisions as standard (our own mistakes are always fixed free)
  • Delivered in 1080p, 16:9 plus 9:16 and 4:5 versions for social
  • Review through private Vimeo links
  • Project files kept, so updates and new versions don't start from scratch

Every safety video project is quoted as a fixed price after a discovery call. Induction and toolbox talk series are quoted to match. Talk to us about your site.

FAQs

Health and safety video FAQs

What does a safety induction video cost?
It depends on how much of the site needs covering, how many people are involved and whether you need a visitor version, subtitles or LMS packaging. Most inductions are one shoot day plus pre-production and the edit. You get a fixed quote up front, and we're honest early if the budget and the brief don't fit.
How long does it take?
A single induction or procedure is usually two to four weeks from the discovery call to delivery. A toolbox talk series or a multi-site program takes longer, and you get a timeline before we start.
Can you film on a high-risk or live site?
Yes. We hold the tickets, we're inducted on most Latrobe Valley sites already, and we've filmed inside operating power stations, during outages and in confined spaces. We work to your permit system and your site rules.
Will it work in our LMS?
Yes. You get MP4 and caption files that load into any learning system. If you need SCORM packages or comprehension questions, we build those with our e-learning partner.
What if a procedure changes?
We keep all the project files, so an updated version is a small job, not a new one. You can also ask for an archived copy of any version a crew has seen.
Should we call it HSE, WHS or health and safety?
Whatever your site calls it. The video uses your terms, your signage and your people, so it matches the language crews already hear every day.
Do you work outside Victoria?
Yes. We travel to sites anywhere in Australia. Our tickets are nationally recognised units, so they carry across state lines. Any travel is set out in the quote up front.
